Prices and payment
All our prices are in the currency listed below and inclusive of the VAT (if any) of the same country. Prices are exclusive of shipping costs.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice. The price you pay for your purchase is the one listed in the webshop at the time you place your order. All card payments are made through Stripes’s encrypted SSL payment system, for secure and confidential payment, or quickpays Secure payment window.
The money will be reserved from your account when you place your order and you will receive an email. The money will only be deducted from your account when we ship the item to you.
Payment security
Jespernielsen.com encrypts your card information with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) system. That way, unauthorized persons cannot read or hack your card number and other important information during the payment. All transactions are handled by Stipe or Quickpay when you shop in our webshop.
Please note that the page on which you enter your card information does not look like the rest of the webshop. This is because Stripe and Quickpay needs the site to be secure and your information encrypted.
Staffing
You can buy items in the webshop around the clock. Our staff handle orders from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 2 pm. All orders made outside the above time frame will be handled the following business day.
Cancellation and exchange
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your package. To make use of this, please notify info@jespernielsen.com in writing that you wish to cancel the purchase. You cannot undo the purchase simply by not picking up or receiving the package.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must return the item to us when you have clearly notified us. Upon return, you are liable for any damage or other deterioration in the value of the goods. This also applies to the packaging in which you receive the item. It is important for the resale of the item whether the packaging is damaged as it will cause a decrease in the value of the item itself. The same applies if you have opened the item or fail to return the packaging. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure that the item is properly wrapped when it is returned.
Items to be returned must be shipped without undue delay within 14 days from the date you informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase.
